Rich Hale, Managing Director                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Rich joined Avonline Networks in 1993 and has undertaken a variety of management positions within the business before being appointed as Managing Director in February 2018.

Trevor Thomas, Network Build Director
Trevor joined Avonline Networks in 2002 after undertaking management roles within Telewest (Virgin Media) and BT.  Trevor has over 30 years’ experience of operations and management within the telecommunications sector.

 Matt Hicks, Commercial Director                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Matt joined Avonline Networks in 2020 as Commercial Director having previously held senior management positions in European Construction and Civil Engineering businesses. Matt has spent over 20 years’ managing project delivery and organisational strategy to successful outcomes.

Richard Horne, Network Services Director

Richard joined Avonline Networks in 2020, and has 35 years’ experience in the Telecoms sector. Working primarily on BT and Virgin Media Networks, in both an operational and managerial capacity.
